Our customer wanted an expansive upper main deck for entertaining purposes. This project included over 750 sq. ft. of deck with an upper Master Bedroom balcony to match.

A new enclosed sun-room with floor to ceiling doors and windows to match. The sun-room includes tile to match the exterior surface along with heated floors.

The original slider doors were traded for new 8' French doors and windows to match along the upper and lower decks.

The main deck has a gas fed heater so they can entertain later into the year if they choose.

The basement deck is all new concrete with acid finish. All new wrapped posts, clear cedar ceiling with new planters to help break up the large open space under the existing upper deck. All new lighting to compliment the space and light it appropriately at night for extra entertaining space on warmer days.
